UPDATE: So I contacted "Porcelanas Pavon & got this reponse from them... Just wanted to share a little Tiki Art History!

I think this mugs was produced by Porcelanas Pavón, but it was not painted or decorated by our company. This piece could have about 28 years (we started to paint tiki mugs in 1982) and we made them for Arte 4, a company that was closed 3 years ago.

Now, We have got this piece in our catalogue (Reference number Hw-046D) and it is 17,19 euros in our factory, this price is EXW, you should add the transport cost and custom tax.
