Sets of 5-10 Chinese made files are cheap as chips & wont wear out the way ordinary steel files do. There are various qualities (as with anything) & the method of diamond 'application' seems to determine this. The cheapest are usually 'dipped & crushed' in diamonds, next best are electroplated, & the best of all are 'sintered' (diamonds are throughout the steel matrix)... Small diamond burrs/points for running in an electric handpiece are a must have for stonework too. Again available in a wide range of quality and price. Hope this helps! Tama
