I think the Intoxica recipe for the Demerara float may be off a tad. He calls for 2 1/2 ounces lime juice! Way too much. The trader vic recipe is identical with the exception being the lime juice. The trader calls for 1/2 ounce lime 1/2 ounce lemon. If you make it that way, its perfect. |
