Fair enough if your not into it, but when peopl start ridiculing flair and class it as "monkeys that throw bottles around" Thats when I (and many others take offence). As I said I know some people don't like it and thats just a fact of life. Some people don't like mixology either. (Not me though).

Also I'm not saying I could learn mixology in a month. All i'm saying is that I could do well in a competition if I trained for a month. I don't think you ever stop learning mixology or flair for that matter. I already know a little bit about mixology and have tried making 1000's of different drinks probably just as you all have. I have also got some of my drinks onto menu's. This doesn't make me a master in mixology of course not. I know the drinks I created are nothing special but at least I tried.

I would just appreciate it if people respected what I did as I respect what you all do. We all put in the hours and hours or training, I have the scars to show. Yes its not your choice but I'm good at it and I enjoy it.

I apologies now if I offeneded anyone, but I think a lot of you would feel very strongly if I turned around and said "Mixologists are wannabe flair bartenders, and they are all jealous of us"

There is always going to be this argument between flair and mixology, I'm just trying to put my point across.
