Chappaquiddick - or whowever it's spelt - bridge is a friggin' nightmare to cross so I have sympathy to anyone who decides to treat it as a 'Dukes of Hazard ' jump armed only with a brainfull of executive quality gack and an evening's worth of New England cranberry martinis.
