Hey guys, I have a small get together friday night. I'm thinking of making it tiki-themed.

What I need is some suggestions. I particularily need some kind of recipe for Shrimp! Maybe just how to make a good sauce to go over grilled shrimp. Any and all ideas are welcome... Also, does anyone know how I can make Orgeat syrup (how much almond extract should I mix with the sugar water, etc).
