Exotic/Strange Liquor - Tiki Drinks and Food

For example, I have a bottle of Amarula, which is a cream liquer made from the marula fruit in South Africa. It tastes kinda like Kahlua except a million times better. That's just one example. I know people make alcohol from all kinds of crazy shit, and I'm just wondering if anyone has any good links.
