Hi everyone! Your humble co-moderator here, thanking you all for making this a truly epic occasion.

Sheesh, there are a LOT of people here in TikiCentral whom I didn't meet this weekend. :( Next year-- name tags! Meet & Greet!!!

I think Al & Shelley get the MVP award... it was absolutely incredible. The ROCK ROOM was going off! I made a rough head count, there were about 40 people packed into the room. Photos forthcoming!!

In addition to some of the other previously-mentioned songs-- numerous Hawaiian songs, and also various oldies and schoolyard classics ("Jingle Bells, Batman Smells" and "Diarrhea"), one particularly notable number was a 40-person accapella version of "Quiet Village". Yes there are no words to the song... but we all sang it anyway. Probably nowhere else on earth could this have happened.

Tikifish was there in spirit-- I called her during the height of the rock-room lunacy and left her a voicemail so she could hear everything that was going on. (Hanford, I was going to call you too, but didn't have your number on my new phone yet! hers is easy to remember.) :)

VERY HAPPY to see new people here at Tiki Central. This group is stronger than it's ever been.

It just gets better and better!
