Bitter on non-standard bitters tops - Tiki Drinks and Food

Why is it that Angostura and Regan's have screw tops that reveal a plastic dropper affixed to the top of the bottle, but Fee's has a pop top with the dropper built into the cap? That's just too much to deal with after a couple of rounds. There I was about to shake up a fairly complex drink and I realized I almost forgot the orange bitters. So I reach for the Fee's and UNSCREW the cap and instead of a few dashes I get a big WOOSH and in goes half my bottle of bitters! :evil: I blame the Republicans.
