Having read most of your thread, I would say if you can combine all of these elements you would have a awesome event. And Swanky has much incite into doing an event, and see that he has given you many good thoughts. I would only add that like Oasis which appeals to a varied groups of people and in so doing garners a larger amount to the event, you want to find as many sources nationally to reach those groups to let them know of your event. Also tap into the car clubs, have a award for best car, try to get more then a couple CC's to come. But advertising and word of mouth are going to help you in making it a success.
