I live in a retirement community and we have some pretty strict rules too. One of my neighbors is a PIA, so I just try to stay clear of him. People like that are just not happy with life. I haven't done anything in my front or back yard...I am not a good gardner, but know I can't do anything fun and tiki. I am forced to engage in my polynesian lust behind closed doors.
