Johnny .. thanks. I've wanted to try that finish for a while. I think it'll look better on a larger piece. Podocarpus is an evergreen tree we have around here. It's a relative of what a lot of Maori stuff ismade from. Nice wood... not too grainy, soft.. Wish I had more. They cut one down at my school and I grabbed a few pieces. |
