I always wondered what it was. ARRACK SLING (MALAY) 1.5oz Arrack 3 dashes Angostura bitters Twist of lemon peel Put into highball glass with 2 ice cubes, fill with club soda, stir, and serve. Add a little sugar if desired. ARRACK THIRST-QUENCHER 2oz pineapple juice 3oz Arrack Put juice and arrack into a large glass, stir well, add 2 ice cubes, fill with club soda, stir lightly and serve.
