Unfortunately, I did find my piece (pic in post a few comments above this one) in this 1976 catalog, it is called the Lobsterman and my piece has an entire missing figure that is supposed to be attached to the front of the boat!! Thanks to Keigs for the incredible Witco catalog I just received!
