A restaurant started by Mr. Sapp and Lee Henry. (Pic 2006.) They paid the Top restaurant loan off in one year. And that's hard to do! This is also where Mr. sapp met Sondro Conti. Kahikis bar manager, and drink inventor. Mr. Conti came into the Top late one night. Bill said in spanish" If you want a drink you will have to get it yourself" Mr.Conti said back in spanish."
