When I escape the ol'e corporate life and have more flexibility to move about (soon!) I will avail myself if you are serious. The waterfall/pond has about 57 actual hours in it (curetime not included) The hut I imagine (remember! It is fortified/wind resistant underneath the grass and Palapa) would take 80 solid hours (curetimes and Home Depot runs not included) provided all of the materials & Rum were there. An abbreviated (smaller scale) shell of each could be done in 3 or so weekends. Or, I could send you some 'A' sized detailed drawings from which a Port St. Lucie contractor and his crew or 8 could do it all in 3 days lol. Thanks for the comps Ben.
