Where to buy Bamboo for building a bar - General Tiki

I am building a bar for the backyard patio. I have the frame almost complete but now i am stuck i can't seem to find any places in the Toronto area that sells bamboo. I've checked home depot and Home HArdware but i've found nothing. Would it be easier if I bought online and where? Or should I wait until the weather gets better because stores like these would carry bamboo in the spring and summer? Please advise. Pablo
