i would think tiki farms elvis tiki mug would fall under this catagory...

...elviki only "suggests" elvis as there is no elvis name associated with it nor does it look like elvis in an actual sense...... the name elviki is not "elvis"... being a product with reference to elvis and actually being an elvis product are two entirely different things...i think we are safe.....
