I have sent three emails, and have to date received one reply back to the second one saying that they would look into when it was shipped. Since then, no word. I'm trying to keep a good outlook, but it's tough given the circumstances. From what I've heard they're good people, but it's hard to imagine how this got so bungled as I routinely send and receive packages from all over the world and have never had this kind of experience.
