I'm about 2/3 done going through the 10 orange liqueurs I have (I got interrupted by The Black Donnellys). For now I'm just taste-testing each one separately, not in a cocktail. What a range of tastes, styles, and quality! I'm finding this extremely interesting. I hope to post the entire taste-testing comparison tonight. |
