Hello.
New to the site I am. Just crusin the net and run across this site somehow.
Wow, I had no idea I wasnt alone.
I'm in my mid forties, done quite abit of traveling. Lived in several exotic places to include Hawaii and Thailand.
I looked at several postings before I posted myself. I had NOOOooooooooo Idea the items I have collected of the past 20 years or so had much worth other than I love it. My friends have told me of my lamps value, but the mugs, menu's, signs, carvings? I really am clueless. I have so much of what the ex-wife called "junk" it would most likely bring many of you to your knees.
I have collected everything from old Longggggggggg Boards "surfboards" to just about every Tommy Bahama shirt ever made. I have hand carved mugs that were carved from a single log. You can see the knot "the center of the log" in the center with the handle off set NOT ATTACHED, but carved out. "I think Koa wood".
I just had to stop researching and make this post.
I'm really, truly in awe. I saw the wooden Tiki God statues "Ki". I have several made of stone that stand 5-6 feet tall. I picked them up in Lanai.

Well, I wont bore you anymore, hope to meet friends in here. I travel alot but have seem to found time for the net at least once a week.
I'll have to get some pictures together and see if you people can help identify some of the pieces.

look forward to getting some pictures posted.
