Aloha I certainly agree. A friend of mine told me to not react defensively to criticism, it can't hurt you unless you let it. It can certainly help you even if put forward in a mean-spirited way. If you listen you may hear the corn kernel of truth in the nugget of shit (she didn't say that part) that helps you improve yourself.
