True, the Tiki carved out of the palm with the bark still showing is one of Milan Guanko's (BoT, page 248) trademarks, but the eyes and nose lead me to believe that these mugs ar a knock off of the Stockton Islander/ Hala Kahiki mug (BoT p.250), which is based on Andres Bumatay's Tikis (also see BoT p.152). Both were Phillipino carvers.
Bosko did aa nice version of it, too.
