My flatmate was just going through a pile of his clothes to put to charity and he pulls out a tartan Scots Bonnet and he was about to put it in the to go pile, when he calls me over and tels me I might be interested in it.

The label for the hat reads "MADE IN ENGLAND EXPRESSLY FOR TRADER VIC'S NASSAU, BAHAMAS" apparently he was given the hat by a house guest years ago who'd picked it up abroad and was bringing it to Scotland as a "coal-to-Newcastle" style joke.

Anybody know when Trader Vic's sold knitwear? because I've seen other woolen items on eBay and most of them seem to have been made in Scotland.
