That's a popular question that's easy to answer, Mr Monkey... Because we're low key individuals doing this in our spare time for fun. To relax. At our own pace. If we had a list of 100 people looming over us waiting for their mug, the whole thing would cease to be a spare time hobby and suddenly become a big fat obligation. No fun.
