You know, it was not more than an ounce of 43. I may have used less. Can't remember for sure. I have made it since without the 43, and as long as there's a cinnamon stick in it, you can't go wrong. I haven't even used Demerrara Rum yet either; I can just imagine that will only bring it up to par. |
