I'm in ID. which is one of those states with "no evidence of Tiki bars past or present". Bummer!! One little place of note is Vicious Fish Tacos at 404 E Parkcenter Blvd. Boise, ID. 83706 ph.# 208-424-3888. Old surfboards, Some wood tiki panels, paintings and a couple of small tikis inside, pretty cool decor, no liquor, but good beer and Baha style food. Thx 4 the great book!! Sneaky
