I have loved tikis ever since we went on spring breaks to Cocoa Beach Fl when I was little. I am about to carve my first tiki and have gotten so many tips from all the great people on this site!! I have a piece of elm drying now (don't know if that's the best type of wood to carve) but my friends a arborist and he's hooking me up with logs! Hopefully I can post pics when I'm done. I'm really anxious to get started!!
