This sort of thing is always nice when you arrive, too. I've come to expect it. Although they got a couple of things wrong on my rider...the Butter toasted almonds should have been Tamari Roasted almonds, the little petite crustettes were missing and replaced by some sort of Carr's crackers, and a dry white Simi Valley is not a rich red French Cabernet, but I'm a professional. I didn't let it affect my performance.
