It's very simple to make and you can make it in small batches (so it doesn't go bad on you before you can use it up) and the ingredients are very easy to obtain at most stupidmarkets. I used the 14oz frozen package of Goya Passion Fruit Pulp and simple syrup in equal proportions - no heating or reducing and the results were a very fresh and natural tasting Passion Fruit Syrup.
