The fact that they can assess a fine against you for not moving your trash can to where they want it, and then sell your house at auction if you don't pay the fine, is frankly ridiculous. I don't think you really want to press the issue. Instead of having the real ones, how about getting some of the solar powered ones? Sure they aren't as fun, but I don't think you want to try this fight. Chris
