MA hasn't exactly got a patent on roadside kitsch. Rte. 1 would be the drive to make to see what there is. Tikisgrl already got all the good antiques.

I left a few things... As for rare liquor Kappy's on route 1 might be a good place to go to. Antique stores are a lot fewer and farther between now but there's an okay one in Cambridge which is right near the Science Museum. And another nice Tiki exotic restaurant in Newton... check out the Northeast Tiki Tour site for some great locations to visit.
