Most people just don’t understand exotica. I have had some positive feedback with the exotica more than the strait Hawaiian music and even less the other Polynesian music. Most people don’t like anything intense and or and creative. Just look at all the reality shows. Like Polynesian cocktails the subtle flavors and nuance of exotica are lost on some people.
