Tipsy, this IS the old Mai Kai building. Last time I drove by, the weather-faded letters spelling "Mai Kai" were still visible on the front of the building. Some of their advertising at one point said Mai KHI, but the sign said Mai KAI, so I don't know what the deal was with that... maybe a change of ownership at some point? |
