Anyway, there's a scene in this film where the Hawaiians are giving a tour of their island to this 1800's fundamentalist missionary (Von Sydow). They show him one of their temples with this thousand year old sacred stone that they boated all the way over from Bora Bora or someplace like that. And what does this a**hole do? He tries to knock over the stone and despoil their sacred place. Yeah, it's sort of like that. Having someone else come into your home and tell you how it's going to be. Poor Hawaiians!
