Wow! I'd say that is a warrenty issue. Cruisers are so cheap and cheaply made. I am surprised I haven't seen it before.

Ebay from a private seller :D Was only AUS$250 so I'm not too worried about it. I might upgrade to a multi-speed hub when I do get it fixed.
