Good catch Cheeky!!! Well, all-in-all, looks like the black marks go to the Islands for poor service due to being extremely understaffed. I also would have liked to have had some kind of a Polynesian dinner but the menu was pretty generic. Hope it is a go for next year at the Hanalei (not the Crowne), I am looking forward to staying there and hosting for the room crawl, and hopefully the hotel will up the staff to provide decent service for everything. |
