Dairy Enhanced Drinks - Tiki Drinks and Food

Here is my first drink....I call it....20000 Leagues Under The Sea. ~1 large scoop plain Vanilla Ice Cream ~2 ounces Pineapple Juice ~1 ounce Blue Curacao ~1 ounce Light Rum ~1/2 ounce Tuaca Blend till smooth, serve in a highball glass, garnish with a blue maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge and straw. Give it a try and let me know what you think. :)
