Yeah, the restaurant/bar sleezed out as 'Fat Nat's' Country Theater. There was a murder there around 1994 and, because Fat Nat didn't have insurance, the place closed and Nat went on the lam. It's not owned by the same people who own the motel, who wish the boarded up hulk would go away. My guess is that a fire is going to clear the lot someday.
