I find myself in the precarious position of needing both living, storage and work space at the moment. Suitable work/storage area would be a garage or spare room that is NOT carpeted. Clay and plaster tend to mess up carpet. I have drum/percussion gear that I need to navigate in and out so anything above ground floor is not very practical. I smoke but not in the house. I have no pets. If anyone has such a space available, I would be very appreciative if you would PM me. Mahalo!
