I signed up a few days ago but I haven't had time to post anything until now. I'm down in the San Diego area; I plan to attend the Tiki Island event at the Bali Hai in November. I see in the post above me that member ocdmusyk77 lives in Tracy, CA., where coincidentally, I grew up. For those not familiar with Tracy, it lies about 20 miles south of Stockton, where Hop Louie's Islander restaurant used to reside. As a child I was fascinated by the building, the tikis and the exterior decor. Sadly, I never had the opportunity to go inside.
