I can only speculate that "TI" was sued by Disney (did they trademark the skull and crossbones look?); or, more likely, pirate themes don't attract as many people as visions of drunk women in skimpy outfits which is what a nightclub style name such as "TI" conjures to the average, druken mind. (this theory is reinforced by the mention in the article of the "sexy girls" show and such).
