I was buying one of thise bamboo fishtanks last weekend and the guy I bought it from (who had alovely tiki theme courtyard) mentioned that, his son was the last owner of the Kon Tiki. I asked him to clear up at least the question of how old the Kon Tiki is. He said that it opened right after WWII. He also said he would get the exact info from his son. If anyone is interested I am going to be contacting him again to get the history.
