Okonkuluku villagers and stickball fans! WAITIKI and Atlas Soul have been postponed at the Lizard Lounge, this Thursday, 10/25. Why you ask? The world cup of stick ball is this week - that's where people swat at small watermelon-shaped objects with huge vibraphone mallets and run around in circles touching these pillows and lots of other people sitting on their asses drinking beer, clap. It's so popular here in Boston that the Rum Lords came to us in a dream and told us to postpone our gig. Since the Lizard Lounge will be quite empty come Thursday, the televisions upstairs being loaded with stick ball fans and beer drinkers from around the People's Republik of Cambridge, it was hath decredith uponeth us to postponeth our show. We will try to reschedule soon! All that said, we are still putting on the tiki bash of the year in November with special guest mixologist Beach Bum Berry.
