My beams are made the same way, plained black. I'm going to the hardware store after work to pick up supplies. I'll get those pics up after this weekend (if for some unknown reason I don't get a chance. I would love to have plugs in the ceiling.. but the funny thing is I have no dry wall in the house. None.
