I finally made it home after a week on the road which, of course, was highlighted by Tiki Oasis. What a fine time the band and I had in Palm Springs. Something was blooming in the desert that seemed to set off a bit of an allergy attack, so I apologize to anyone who may have been off-put by my unusually scratchy sangin' voice(especially Mr. & Mrs. Pineapple who will have it forever archived on their wedding video!). Palm Springs+Caliente Tropics+Entertainment+Artists=A most fondly memorable weekend. Mahalo to all of you for being such gracious, hospitable and fun folks. -Iuka Grogg
