Perhaps the thing to do is let people on TC know yourself and let them know just what they have to look forward to. I, for one, would appreciate a more delapidated location and be glad to talk to some old timers there more than soak in perfect decor. Others would too. And your disclosure would probably not amount to any new business, but maybe just the occasional person coming by and asking questions and mentioning they heard about it from you. Which is good. So, I suggest you continue to share. You yourself, here on TC. Tell it like it is. We can all decide if that sounds like anything we want to check out.
