I live in the land of bamboo and excessive drinking (rural Japan) where I wear a few hats, including bartender. However I will be heading back to New Brunswick (rural Canada) for the entire month of December. My schedule is wide open so I am hoping to hit at least a few great tiki spots. Perhaps do a road trip to Quebec or New England. Any advice, guidance, ideas or help any of you have to offer would be accepted with the utmost gratitude.
