I just purchased a set of 2 Orchids - Dr. Funk glasses from a seller on Ebay. When the items arrived I knew we had a problem - the sound of two mugs in a 1000 pieces. I opened the box and found that one mug was wrapped in a plastic grocery store bag the other was just smashed beyond recognition in the bottom. I was so pissed! I paid a good price for the two and they got destroyed thanks to some idiots inadequate/inept packing! I didn't raise a stink just kindly asked for a refund which I got immediately.
It had me wondering...
