I don't think the one I use says exterior. It comes in a small metal can/bottle similar to those that have thinner or spirits in them. I'll look at the label when I get home tonight. I initially used it because I wanted something light, that would penetrate deeply and allow me to reapply frequently to keep up the wood.

If they sell an exterior grade, I would be interested in knowing what else they have in there? Maybe a UV inhibitor?
